Brothers Mike & Dave Weaver are the owners. Weaver Meats was a retail butcher shop, with over 70+ feet of meat and deli cases. It was a full service operation. In the mid 1980’s they started making beef jerky and snack sticks.
They do the whole process at this location. They receive the raw product, slice or grind, season, smoke, package, and ship from the same location. This gives them total quality control over their fine products.
They process their own line of Beef Jerky and Meat Snack Sticks. They also do several lines of private label products for different companies using the customers own name.
