The Butcher Block & Deli is an old-fashioned butcher shop located just off Cleveland Road in Wooster. The owner, Sam Patterson, and staff, have over 40 years combined experience in butchering. All of their meat is cut fresh daily in-house. The fresh meat cases at BBD have a variety of cuts, specializing in steaks, roasts, stew meat, chicken breast, bacon, sausages, pork chops, ribs and plenty of other great tasting meat. The deli is also stocked with an assortment of hams, turkeys, bolognas and cheeses.
