About Us
Held from 7:00am – 2:30pm every Friday and Saturday beginning May 1st and running to October 17, the ever-popular Vanderburgh County Farm Bureau Downtown Farmers' Market features over twenty-five vendors that sell home grown produce, flowers and herbs, among other items. Each summer hundreds of people turn out to purchase local goods and to support the Tri-State’s agricultural efforts. The downtown market provides the community with a variety of seasonal foods as well as educational presentations to connect consumers to healthy, local food in a fun way. The market is located near the old Greyhound Station on Second and Sycamore Streets in Downtown Evansville
The WIC-certified Vanderburgh County Farm Bureau Downtown Farmers’ Market is free to the public. Each year, shoppers attest that the market offers them a chance to enjoy the freshness that comes with country living without ever leaving the city.
