Pekin Paradise supplies all-natural fresh duckling directly from the farm to the table. Further, we allow the chef to specify when his/her ducklings will be processed and shipped immediately through our cost-effective cold chain logistics.
We also develop gourmet products made from the Joe Jurgielewicz & Son Pekin Ducks, such as, Maple Ginger Duck Breast w/Black Pepper, Raspberry Balsamic Port Duck Breast, Honey Vanilla Bourbon Duck Breast, Duck Ravioli, Smoked Duck Breast, Duck Sausage, Duck Bratwurst, Duck Legs Confit, and Duck Pot Pie.
