Spurgeon Veggies

Spurgeon Veggies is a women-owned, diversified dual-farm operation in Rio and East Galesburg, Illinois. Founded in 2007, we grow about ten acres of vegetables and produce our own free-range eggs and meat chicken, along with a few hogs and turkeys. We provide local produce and eggs through our Community Supported Agriculture (farm share) program, our new farm stand in Rio open in the spring and summer, and at our booth at the Galesburg Farmers' Market and Davenport Freighthouse Market from May through October.
