About Us
These cattle have been feed only hay, ground corn, soybean meal, vitamin and minerals. No growth hormones or antibiotics (Ionophores) used. They are Hereford / Angus steers, which produce the better tasting meat than many other beef breeds (i.e.: Holsteins). I will guarantee that this is great tasting meat or I will buy your meat back, as long as you have only consumed three meals.
