Sixth generation vegetable farm growing approx 120 acres of potatoes, sweet corn and market vegetables plus maple syrup. 45 acres of sweet corn and 45 acres of potatoes with 12 varieties available.

Wholesaling to schools, processors, supermarkets and distributors.
Direct sales to chefs in NYC and local area.
Farmer's Markets
Retail: Our farmstore hosts tastings, sampling dinners, seasonal lunches, book signings. We also sell local cheeses and naturally raised meats and eggs, milk and cream. On site bakery. Cold drinks and gourmet items. Everything you need for a good, clean meal of local food.
