Brown Farms

All of our products are picked daily, as they become available, from our 7+ acre garden. We utilize minimum spraying methods in order to protect a small population of honey bees. Our spring crops include: asparagus; strawberries; rhubarb; peas; radishes; green onions and lettuce, as well as our famous hulless popcorn. A wide variety of other vegetables are available throughout the growing season (Mid May - Late Oct) as they mature, since all varieties are started by seed, vice plants. Stop by and see us at The Old Capital Farmer's Market each Saturday in downtown Springfield from May through October.
