About Us
• This Market is open to all residents of Adams County. No fee for vendors.
• Acceptable items to be sold at the Market: vegetables, seedlings, plants, herbs, preserves, soaps, lotions and candles. Member-produced foodstuffs and baked goods pursuant to all local health regulations. Honeys, bee products, syrups and sorghums. Value-added dried fruits, vegetables.
• Vendors shall provide their own tables and chairs and any coverings. Selling from your vehicle is acceptable.
• For health and safety reasons, Vendors may not bring pets to the market.
• All vendors are responsible for collecting and removal of their own garbage.
• Vendors may sell from their vehicles. Vendors not selling from their vehicles are asked to park in the 3rd Street parking lot to allow parking for customers.
• Vendors are responsible to know and comply with all regulations of the Adams County Health Department (724-5326).
• Questions should be referred to the person supervising the Market that evening – their decision is final.
• Management reserves the right to deem any item(s) not acceptable to be sold at the Market.
Vendors should be set-up and ready to sell by 4:00 p.m. and remain until 7:00 p.m. unless “sold-out” prior to that time.
