Located in Atlanta, IL, Wertheim's Gardens is the only Certified IL Herb Garden in Logan County. With educational, culinary and medicinal gardens, Wertheim's Gardens has a multitude of options for visitors from taking a scheduled tour of the various gardens; participating in a hands-on class to learn how to make your own salves, soaps, teas or lotions; or learning how to use herbs in your everyday cooking, fresh or dried. Newly added is the U-pick vegetables gardens featuring all the favorites, as well as some one-off unique varieties. And for the home brewers, the Hops Fields offer over 50 different varieties of Hops for all the best flavor profiles.
